Apparently, on his way to the polls this morning, Charlie Crist had a little trouble finding where he is supposed to vote.
He also lost his way a few months ago on Amendment 2. In December of 2007, Charlie wanted to “live and let live,” then changed his mind in August of this year, then wouldn’t campaign for it in September, and voted for it today. Charlie Crist’s positions on any issue rarely follow a straight line.
Support for McCain, Amendment 2, offshore drilling, getting to the polls … Charlie’s trying to hedge his political bets but ends up genuinely lost.
For everyone not from Florida (and from Florida) who is quick to praise Charlie’s ‘better late than never’ move to extend voting hours for early voting, they should take a closer look. Charlie Crist isn’t a man of principle; he’s a political opportunist.
And, when Charlie went to vote today, he reminded everyone of his leadership style: Indecisive, do-nothing, and generally lost.
